Did China hack Hillary's server? Maybe, but don't count on the FBI to tell you
The Hill ^ | 09/02/18 | Kenneth Strange

Posted on 09/02/2018 9:38:50 AM PDT by yesthatjallen

This past week, the president tweeted that China hacked Hillary Clinton’s emails.

While a Justice Department spokeswoman declined to comment, an FBI official told the media that they have “not found any evidence the servers were compromised.”

Somehow, I don’t feel so reassured about their statement. Is it because the bureau has been recently plagued by, at a minimum, the perception of a lack of transparency, candor and accountability by one former director, deputy director, lawyer and senior intelligence agent? Is it because the FBI, in collusion with the Department of Justice, decided to give Clinton, the future anointed president, a pass on her email problems? I don’t know, but I certainly feel less than confident about what is coming out of the Hoover Building these days.

First, that Clinton retained government emails on her private server is risky business all around. We’ve come a long way since “gentlemen didn’t read each other’s mail.” Now you can count on it.

That Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert (R) disclosed that the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) discovered “Clinton's emails from her homebrew server were funneled to a foreign entity” doesn’t surprise me.

And that the foreign entity was not Russia, but China (Gohmert didn’t say China, but I am) meets all the standards of the “Reasonable Person Test.”

When does a set of circumstances regarding possible wrongdoing rise to a level that action needs to be taken or reported? As former federal law enforcement officers, this was a question which our instructors challenged us with. The “Reasonable Person” was defined as someone with average intelligence, average experience and average common sense. Therefore, if you look at a set of circumstances through the eyes of a “reasonable person,” and it appears that a crime (or hacking) took place, action should be taken, or at least reported. The “Reasonable Person” test? Perhaps they don’t teach it at Quantico anymore.

For the past 20 years, China has followed its long-term agenda of catching up to and surpassing the United States in technology and military capabilities. One former high-ranking FBI official told us at a security conference, “Sure, working Middle East terrorism matters are cool and sexy, but we’re missing the boat. It’s China that we should be concerned with … they are stealing us blind.”

Give the Chinese intelligence services credit, they are good at what they do. They have raised Intellectual Property theft and hacking to an art. Why would China spend billions of dollars on Research and Development when they can easily purloin our “secret sauce?” A few years ago, an FBI agent called me to his office and chastised me for communicating with him openly via my company phone and email.

“Don’t do that again. You’ve been compromised. In the future, let’s only talk in person.” We both knew to whom he was referring. It was incredibly unsettling.

The fact that a foreign intelligence service can follow our communications in “real time,” is not so widely known. Certainly, the FBI and our intelligence services are not raising the clarion call.

Did China hack Hillary’s server? Maybe, but don’t count on my former employer to tell you.

Kenneth Strange served the FBI as a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Newark, New Jersey and as Special Agent in Charge of the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General in Los Angeles. He is presently the vice president of business development for an international investigative services company.

She granted access.

Louis Gohmert grilled Peter Strzok and ‘refreshed’ Strzok’s memory that a foreign entity had accessed HRC’s illegal server and it was not Russia.

Recall the Clinton crime network had ties with Chinese criminals going back to the 1990s. For example, Charlie Trie and others, and those others are around today, still in the Clinton Foundation sphere. They were never stopped.

That’s what I’m thinking.

She made a deal and they made payments. Keep making those ‘donations’ and I’ll keep the server online.

A true statement since it was the Intel Community IG which found the evidence. More duplicity.

Bottom line; the server was obviously compromised and hilllery is guilty of serious felonies.

Hillary basically hacked her own server making it available to one and all, especially big time contributors to Bonnie and Clydes slush fund.

> “She made a deal and ...”

Crowdstrike made the deal. She knew about it or expected it, but she ‘never knew’ about it (wink-wink).

A few related background facts:

* Crowdstrike was funded as a startup by Warburg-Pincus (Rothschild entity).

* HRC is/was good friends with LDR (Lynn de Rothschild)

That's great news because the mere EXISTENCE of this server only makes hillary eligible for one life sentence plus another 300 years without possibility of parole. LOCK HER UP NOW.

The FBI is hostile to American interests. Get rid of them.

$2 million Chinese Donor to Clinton Foundation, caught up in Chinese cash-for-votes scandal

Wang Wenliang, a Chinese billionaire and donor to the Clinton Foundation and Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, has been expelled from China’s top legislature after being caught up in a widespread cash-for-votes scheme. On Tuesday, China’s national legislature expelled 45 of its nearly 2,900 members, all from the northeastern province of Liaoning, in a huge vote-buying scandal. The move was part of an investigation into corruption in Liaoning and a much larger national anti-corruption campaign launched by President Xi Jinping.

Wang, who made his fortune in construction and running a strategic port near the North Korean border, also has been a big donor to New York University, Harvard University and the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington.

Wang’s $2 million donation to the Clinton Foundation in 2013 made waves when it was disclosed last year because of his ties to the Chinese government. More recently, his name surfaced amid news that McAuliffe (D) was the subject of an FBI investigation.

McAuliffe expressed confidence in May that Wang, who gave a combined $120,000 to his 2013 gubernatorial campaign and 2014 inauguration, was a “legitimate donor.” [McAuliffe in ‘shock’ over FBI investigation of campaign money, personal finances]

A spokesman for Wang said his ouster was the result of a political “purge” carried out on behalf of Xi. “They get rid of people who are not part of his team,” spokesman Sig Rogich said.

He said Wang and the others ousted had only “lobbied decision-makers” with meals and token gifts. “He wined and dined them and gave them a gift,” Rogich said. “It’s not like they gave them cash.” On Friday, McAuliffe’s attorney, James W. Cooper, said the governor “knows nothing about Mr. Wang and his legal situation in China.”

Spokesmen for the Clinton campaign and the Clinton Foundation did not respond to requests for comment.

Wang’s construction conglomerate, Rilin Enterprises, controls the Port of Dandong and processes significant volumes of soybeans shipped out of Virginia. He was courted in 2011 by Gov. Robert F. McDonnell (R), who encouraged Wang’s firm to buy 100,000 metric tons of soybeans from Maryland-based Perdue Agribusiness and ship them from Chesapeake, Va., to China.

Wang’s company also helped build the new Chinese Embassy in Washington, assembling and overseeing a team of artisans who would be loyal to both the Chinese government and the principles of feng shui. “There’s a lot of security involved,” Rogich said. “They’re also artistically knowledgeable about what the Chinese want. There’s a lot of feng shui that goes into this, evidently — depictions of the four seasons. . . . Certain colors are not allowed.”

Wang’s $2 million pledge to the Clinton Foundation drew attention last year, first from CBS News and then other outlets, because of his connections to the Chinese government — both as a member of the National People’s Congress and as a contractor entrusted to help build China’s embassies around the world.

Wang’s political donations to McAuliffe reflect sizable overlap in Clinton and McAuliffe donors. Critics say the pattern suggests contributions to McAuliffe, a close friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton’s, are intended to curry favor with a former president and an aspiring one. McAuliffe supporters say the overlap is the natural outgrowth of personal and political bonds the governor has forged over a long career as a Clinton fundraiser.

It’s sad and tragic that the FBI has been hijacked by these bastards. And Magoo sits there like a clueless idiot coming out occasionally to defend the corrupt traitors.
