There are probably a dozen different Chinese ‘agents’ within the Hillary circle. From the days of Bill’s campaign, and probably still today....they have an insider view to Hillary. She’s just too stupid to realize it.

It has been my understanding that the FBI has never had access to Hillary’s server, because access was refused. Also, is the foreign hacking her server an issue that would be investigated by the FBI?

Indeed, it’s not technically hacking if they paid their money and got their product.
To put it all bluntly, Hitlary allowed anyone, who would pay her money, to access her Gmail account where she had national secrets stored. Anyone, including the Chinese.
