So true. As I remember the incident, the story told was that the employees contacted the owner for her ideas on how to proceed. The workers told her they felt uncomfortable with Sarah in the restaurant, and so they ‘evicted’ her with the blessing of the owner.
So, it was more than just the owner who were contemptuous to Sarah.
That is why the town’s image is suffering. Liberals who hate Trump are in such a bubble they cannot fathom that there is an equal number of Americans who like Trump.
This should be peak season for that town given all the colleges in the area dropping Freshmen off at school. If business doesn’t pick up with football season, the town will die due to their idiot Hen. I used to drive through there 6 times a year when my daughter was in college. I still go to sporting events for other family members and will stay on the interstate bypassing Lexington. I love when liberals out themselves.

I wouldn't say it's right in the middle of the reddest part of Virginia, being about halfway between very blue Charlottesville and blue Roanoke but practically all the surrounding counties are red. I'm thinking they've screwed the pooch not with tourists so much as people from surrounding red counties, in which case throwing money at tourism marketing is just not going to help.

The manager or whoever made the call should be fired and the chain should extend an open invitation to the President and any member of his administration. A hand-written note of apology to Ms Sanders might go a long way as well.
I thought they didn’t want folks that voted for Trump around? How could we be hurting them if we’re accommodating their wishes?
