President Donald Trump demanded that that the New York Times hand over the anonymous official who disparaged the president in a recent op-ed for national security reasons, in a Wednesday tweet.
Does the so-called “Senior Administration Official” really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source? If the GUTLESS anonymous person does indeed exist, the Times must, for National Security purposes, turn him/her over to government at once!

“It may be cold comfort in this chaotic era, but Americans should know that there are adults in the room. We fully recognize what is happening. And we are trying to do what’s right even when Donald Trump won’t,” the anonymous official said.
Trump previously called the official “gutless” and White House press secretary Sarah Sanders released a scathing statement saying “nearly 62 million people voted for President Donald J. Trump in 2016, earning him 306 Electoral College votes — versus 232 for his opponent. None of them voted for a gutless, anonymous source to the failing New York Times.”
The press secretary ended her statement calling for resignation, saying, “The individual behind this piece has chosen to deceive, rather than support, the duly elected President of the United States. He is not putting country first, but putting himself and his ego ahead of the will of the American people. This coward should do the right thing and resign.”
He tweeted tonight “TREASON?”

I figured this was a phony source and a made-up article, partly because the Mueller-Todd bombshell that was supposed to happen last Friday fizzled.
We know most of these name-brand media are quite adept at making stuff up, reporting lies, creating unfounded rumors, and making up sources.
I think it’s a real person but with a bullshit story of “keeping Trump in line”. More likely a NeverTrump mole who planned this ahead of time with the Times.

You may be right. This may be related to the book released about people within the W.H. who are unhappy. The New York Times may have invested in the book and want it to be a New York Times Bestseller. They couldn’t let it go down the drain as a flop.

In that article it points out that Pence’s use of the word “lodestar” came from 2011 but Ford has only worked for Pence since 2017.
When newspapers use the term “Senior Administration Official” they almost always mean one of the following: Assistant to the President (9 people); Cabinet Members (16 people); or Cabinet-level officials (8 people).
That’s not a big group of people, though if you expand to Deputy Secretaries which some papers have done, the number swells substantially.
Interestingly, the administration has NOT claimed the article is false or fiction as they’ve done with Woodward’s book.

At least half the nation believes it. TV (video/audio communications) are accepted by the brain as reality, even though we know it is not. It is just how the brain works.
The Dems. have little to offer the American People.
And plenty to offer to the un-American people. Free food, free housing, non-punishment for crimes, etc.
Trump teaches us by promoting conflict. People learn from conflict.
People react to conflict, only a few learn from it. A person will do some things to get pleasure, but will do ANYTHING to avoid pain.
