Williams had been released on parole from state prison on Aug. 28, less than two weeks before the Skeltons were murdered. He was sentenced after being convicted in April 2017 for possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with a deadly weapon, The Charlotte Observer reported, citing records.The states can't afford to keep these scum locked up anymore, so they are released to prey again.
Time for the public to protect themselves until the authorities take their jobs seriously again.

Mayor survived a near fatal car crash last year. Now he and his wife are murdered by a guy who’d only been out a couple of weeks. The late mayor was a banker. Wonder if that had anything to do with the murder...
