Oh no!!!I am sorry, think I passed this on to you. Hope you can get a nap and some relief of back pain. You have been so busy lately, do you think you over did?

Slept better last night than I have in days but still sitting against a heating pad, helping lift friend who had surgery hasn’t helped my back but must be done.

Mine is lower back pain in hip area, goes right across.

Always gets better in a week or 2 if I behave.

Didn’t even go to church as I feared sitting on hard bench.

Had surprise visit from BFF and her hubby just in time to invite to dinner, was inspired I’m thinking to have hubby grill 4 pork steaks, just enough, so enjoyed the dinner and visit with friends.

Then rounded off the day with episodes of “From the Heart”, so never made it back to FR, took a while to catch up on old thread this morning, don’t want to miss a thing!! LOL

Good morning Jessi. Wonderful breakfast. You are definitely the perfect one to fix our breakfast with that outlook on breakfast. I on the other hand are usually fasting until around 10 or 11 am. My husband gave an argument on eating a good breakfast to me and how important it was to fast from 8 pm on through the night. He was saying its healthier to fast sometime in the day.(listening to some doctor) My argument was...I do fast in the mornings. He shook his head and walked on because there again...I'm not the norm and its confuses him. Mr. organized and logical...LOL
