She should get the exact same “justice” any of us would get doing the same thing.
At the very least, she loses the badge and gun. If you can’t tell your own apartment from someone else’s - on a DIFFERENT FLOOR, mind you - you aren’t fit to be making life or death decisions under State Authority.
