Well, up you fool. You don’t know these people. You don’t know their families. You run your mouth about things you don’t know. There are men where who still bear the wounds of wars and battles past. They built this nation that you rant is still great. What piece of it have you built? None I would suspect. Comment on people you know, not what you think you know. Idiot.

It's funny how NOTHING these vermin do is illegal.

I'm done with paying attention to this. Not firing Jeff Sessions before the midterms is gambling with the Presidents entire term in office.

Ultimately prosecuting the Obama criminals is central to survival of the United States as a free nation. Failure to hold these criminals accountable will doom this nation no matter what other good the President can accomplish. No level of economic success will compensate for a country run by a criminal cabal. They will destroy the country no matter how financially successful we are. Forget the economy, forget the wall, forget cutting government, forget jobs, either we bring these people to justice or we are doomed.

Two years ago, right here on FR, lots of posters vehemently disparaged The House Freedom Caucus.

God bless these Patriots, true friends to Trump and America. Without them, and their persistance, we would not know most of what we now do.

Attention Tucker Carlson:

That chubby guy who was something like an “advisor” to Hillary you have on and just a few days ago tried to spin this story how Strzok and Page communications prove that they were trying to work on stopping leaks to the media - please do not invite him back ever again, guy has zero credibility and zero actual substantive information to offer you viewers.

~~~~
That guy is a DNC spinster. It’s basically his job to deceive (spin). He isn’t credible but he is what we thought he was. /dgreen
What I find frustrating is how well liked and well respected Juan Williams is. I understand that he is a veteran of the media, personable family man, etc... etc... but the man spins harder than regan’s head in exorcist and most of the time, he isn’t very clever about it. Weak and poorly associated deflection, most of the time, and borderline lying if not blustering refusal to accept premise of questions and facts put before him sometimes that appears ignorant. I’m not trying to make it personal, but why this guy gets such a huge pass on his takes must be because of other redeeming qualities and definitely not on the merits of his points. /rant
But back OT, just because people are out there reporting that they know who leakers and leakees were, doesn’t mean that democrat strategists and talking heads are suddenly going to concede complicity and wrongdoing. They will deny long past anything is pausably deniable (and we aren’t nearly beyond the point of deniability yet) and they will deflect, obfuscate, and counter-attack after that time.
You used the exact words that I couldn’t pull out of my brain, the “division”. Your right about that. It is sad that Americans actually HATE each other like you would your worst foreign enemy who is trying to kill you. Some of those on the left actually think that they can be pals with the Islamics. Some fear is that in 2020 Trump may not draw the voters like he did in the last election. All you have to do is read the Scriptures. God always speaks of those on His side as on the “right” and the unfaithful, on the “left.” The Sheep and Goats judgment of Matthews 25, put the sheep on the right and the goats on the left. Left and right were clearly spoken of by the LORD.
“There will be no documents released until after Kavanaugh vote.”
Some will be released next week-lots of texts. Some more after Kavanaugh (FISA). But the big ones that implicate the Senate will not be released until after the midterms.
And Sessions is gone, soon.
I'm not even sure these two squids were even having an affair. They seemed to be far more obsessed with Trump than each other. The "affair" may have been an after-exposure cover story to help explain why they exchanged 60,000 texts between them in a year.
Sort of like Hillary and yoga class.
That’s probably true. And it’s both of them most likely. But the Left has long been about being “just” fellow travelers and compartmentalizing everything even when they aren’t just doing what they think should be done to advance the cause. As such the Mafia had nothing on them.
Got to hand it to the communist of old, they really did figure out a way to herd cats by first determining the sort of proverbial cat that will freely do what they desire it to do without overt control. This is what Cultural Marxism was about, not about creating Marxist but about fostering people that would bring about the destruction of a society so that Marxist could take advantage of the chaos they create.
Only Islam really compares. Yes, “lone wolf” activities of Leftist usually involve subterfuge and chicanery rather than killing and maiming but the comparison still remains. Islam too has in the form of civilizational war a form of jihad that seeks to fashion a Useful Idiots that will create chaos in non-Muslim societies and help protect Muslims jihadis and shield Islam from blame, keeping the society looking elsewhere as they seek to grab hold of the neck and strangle the life out of it.
It is not a coincidence that people fostered to be Useful Idiots to one bunch, once they no longer have active, if covert, guidance from their old master (the Soviet Union) easily adopt to meet the demands of another if both ultimately seek to destroy the same society.
What a depressing and, I think, accurate post. However, since so many in the Us want to turn the country into a banana republic, all should reflect on a characteristic of such countries - death squads, right and left. We are approaching the point where solutions cannot be achieved through the ballot box anymore.
RE:”As I said perhaps nearly two years ago when leaks started to become a big issue in the campaign season, it’s exceptionally difficult to prosecute the journalists who accept (and usually even collude and pursue) leaks because of first amendment considerations and a very long standing tradition of allowing the press to bird-dog politicians and government, BUT at that time we had no idea who the leakers were and we were hoping that someone did, or at least had methods for finding out.”
However if laws appear to be broken journalists can and have been ordered by courts to reveal their sources and even put in jail under contempt when they refused.
Judith Miller spent 85 days in jail for refusing to reveal that her source in the Plame Affair was Scooter Libby.
The big problem is the Justice department is in effect being run by Obama thanks to Sessions.
In fact Muller just gave immunity to National Enquirer publisher David Pecker so he can force him to talk
RE:”The unfortunate thing is that Obama and Hillary are likely considered untouchable, especially Obama. To me, that is a terrible thing to convey to the citizens of the Republic”
This is not surprising.
Current administrations don't prosecute the previous ones because they know that some day the other party will be in power (Justice department) and will then use it to get revenge.
Trump talks about jailing crooked Hillary at rallies but was no doubt warned about the risks of doing so.
Also Jeff Sessions has effectively given up the justice department to Hillary and Obama.
Legislators legislate.
Prosecutors prosecute.
At the federal level, prosecutors are found in the Executive Branch of government, specifically within the Department of Justice. If the head of the DOJ refuses to properly enforce the law, the POTUS can replace him with someone who will.
If the POTUS takes this course of action in close proximity to the mid-term elections, it can (and will) be characterized as “playing politics with Justice” and could backfire with a vengence.
In light of the above and other factors (related to the Mueller “probe”), the best course of action might be to hold your fire for a couple of months, then fire away with both barrels (starting with replacing Sessions), especially if the elections are favorable to the party of the POTUS which gives him political support.
Gowdy, Sessions and others have been co-opted by the intelligence community.
I firmly believe that both are under blackmail with dirt from their closets. They are prevented from resigning to ensure they act as unwilling blockades.
Our intelligence community runs the nation, not the political leaders. Just some are aligned with the intelligence community.
We are in deep doo-doo and there may be no going back.
I have absolutely no doubt there is no going back. It’s why I left Seattle for a small farm in rural KY back in 2011 (I purchased it two weeks before the 2008 election because I clearly saw the writing on the wall).
The scariest scene in any movie, for me, is the first 15 minutes of Inglorious Basterds. You really can’t hide, if they really want you, no matter where you live.
The more they dig trying to find dirt on Trump, the more corruption of the Rats and Deep State they uncover.
I’d say the trail leads to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama without question.
I agree, and I believe that is precisely why no action beyond rhetoric will occur. No one wants to cross Clinton, Inc.
At best, .....
Comrade Hellary will be indicted for violating Espionage Act with her illegal private server(s).
Mullah Hussein44 will be named as an “unindicted co-conspirator”.
These two will never be indicted. The American “justice” system isn’t constructed for that. Laws are for little people who don’t have the wherewithal to fly above the reach of justice.
