Or are you disputing William Halstead, Sr. was the fire chief? Or maybe it is that his first wife and mother of William Halstead, Jr., a FEMA Emergency Management Analyst for that region, was the one who made the 911 call and stayed inside the school? Or that Junior did a drill with the fire dept. shortly before? You can find that drill reported in the local newspaper but guess you’ll just chalk the local paper, the Bee, up as another whack job and the recorded/live 911 calls are more whack jobs.
