This stinks .... of course.

I just heard on tv that the story may go back to when the judge was in high school.

He will be confirmed.

The Dismals are just stalling for time, get their stashed finds offshore, and their new identities in order, because as soon as Brett gets the nod ......

FISA-GATE!

POTUS will let loose the dogs of declassification.

Just waiting on Kavanaugh.

As usual the GOP caves so the Rats have another week to pull dirty tricks out of their hat. Apparently it's no skin off their nose if they dirty up the nominee.

Not exactly people you want in a foxhole with you, that's for sure.

Well, it takes time and effort for the Rats to Slander the Judge and convince some weak Kneed RINO Senator that the Judge is the Spawn of Satan.

The have to plant lots of evidence and convince a Liberal Female who ran into the Judge in an Elevator that he said or did something to offend them.

You know, like saying, hello, I’m Judge Kavanaugh, nice to meet you.

The Republicans should have never caved. Diane Feinstein has reportedly had this letter since July. She could have brought it up then, but she didn’t. She could have brought it up when she met with Judge Kavanaugh, but she didn’t. She could have brought it up at the confirmation hearings, but she didn’t. Nobody even knows the contents of the letter, who authored it, or what is being alleged, but the Republicans still agreed to a delay. Unbelievable!

The Committee vote was scheduled for today.

ANY Senator can request a one week delay of the vote for any reason. This move was widely expected.

The Committee vote will be on the 20th.

In fact, to prove my assertion, note the text in this article from 5 days ago, from NPR

https://www.npr.org/2018/09/08/645628452/kavanaugh-looks-on-path-to-supreme-court-confirmation-after-4-days-of-hearings

“Friday, the Senate Judiciary Committee wrapped up four days of hearings on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. The committee is likely to vote on Kavanaugh in about two weeks.”

So, the News Misleadia falsely reports the scheduled two-week-away,one-week-ago vote as a victory for the Democrats, and everyone falls for it.

I bet the day before the vote, CBS news will breathlessly report, “In a stunning victory, the Democrat Party postponed the Kavanaugh vote until tomorrow.”

Traditional Coup d’etats require lunatics in the streets with torches assaulting the Palaces. In the modern age, this is done by corrupt, lying members of the minority party to use the process of democracy to overthrow the duly elected government and their legitimate efforts to make proper appointments to the other branches of the government. These days, the lunatics are members of the Senate and are supported by other lunatic with obscene piles of money and corrupt hired servants of the government.

“Oral contraceptives that can be used for emergency contraception in the United States”

“In the U.S., progestin-only EC is available on the shelf without age restrictions to women and men. Look for Plan B One-Step, Take Action, Next Choice One-Dose, My Way or other generics in the family planning aisle.”

I’m not an expert in such things.

Grassley’s office on Monday sent out an agenda for a business meeting the committee will have on Thursday. Kavanaugh’s nomination is included as one of roughly two dozen judicial nominations that could get a vote.

The move means Kavanaugh’s nomination could get a vote as soon as this week. But Democrats are expected to DELAY the vote until next week, meaning Kavanaugh’s nomination will likely be taken up by the committee on SEPT. 20.

Under committee rules, any one senator can delay a nomination by a week when it’s on the agenda for the first time, as Kavanaugh’s nomination will be on Thursday. Nominations are routinely held over for a week.

Grassley had previously indicated LAST Thursday that he would place Kavanaugh’s nomination on the committee’s agenda for SEPT. 13.

“Grassley’s notice on Monday formally sets in motion the Republican plan of getting Kavanaugh confirmed to the Supreme Court by October, when the justices will start their next term.

Republicans hold the majority on the Judiciary Committee, so Kavanaugh is expected to easily clear the panel despite last week’s heated four-day hearing.

Kavanaugh will then need a simple majority to get confirmed by the full Senate.”
