Kobani was the city were ISIS was 1st defeated, with US air support. The height of the Siege of Kobani was in Sept/Oct. of 2014. I've seen recent photos of parts of the city, they have made great progress in rebuilding some of it.

Very good news. Perhaps this is the sign of a new beginning for Middle Eastern Christians, after the genocide of the past decade.
