Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh firmly denied any allegations of sexual misconduct during his time in high school, responding Friday to a New Yorker report purporting to detail an assault on a female student.
“I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time,” Judge Kavanaugh said in a statement.

Feinstein, for as old as she is and as much money as she has accumulated through ground-floor “Chinese investment opportunities”, like most Leftists doesn’t want to give up her power over Americans. She’s in trouble in November — the “new” Democrat Socialist Party — particularly powerful in California — doesn’t consider her to be far-Left enough for what they have planned for our country. Feinstein has to make a show that she is indeed a ruthless, bullying, intolerant far-Leftist to be re-elected.

It certainly did not rise to a crime under statute now or then. If we allow anyone to call it an assault the next thing you know it will be called and alleged kidnapping.

Surprised the Demoncats didn’t pull this with Gorsuch. If they really believe this bogus nonsense is serious, then they should explain why they sat on the information for so long and why Feinstein didn’t mention it to him.
And when Kavanaugh is confirmed and there is a gray area, wonder what side he'll come down on :)
To the false accuser and the democrats who paid her to say this: I wish upon you the direst of consequences for having done this to a good man, to his wife, and to his daughters. To plant the thought in those 3 womens’ minds that their father and husband was accused of that is the worst cruelty.
