True. I think Trump’s plan is to expose the Left as the liars and criminals they are. Their globalist and redistributive agenda is just plain bad for America, and Trump is making that case.
The only problem is - that’s a longer term strategy - in the short run, we need any help we can get - from luck, from an October surprise, from a successful mid term.
All Trump needs to do is “survive” the mid terms without a debacle - then his Presidency is safe and he’ll kick their asses in 2020.
I don’t really care who goes to jail - as long as the ‘Rats are exposed as liars and cheats, and America First policies are put in place - the Republic will experience a Trump Renaissance, and a new lease on life.
That will last maybe fifty years - but not forever - evil will always be lurking in the shadows, waiting for good people to forget the lessons of history and let down their guard.

President Trump is a person who chose the Republican Party as vehicle to become President. They did not want him but the party was honest enough to abide by their members wishes.
The Democrats party is so corrupt they denied their own members desire for another candidate. The DNC is so corrupt and vile they thought nothing of wasting their members time and money on a on a primary that had already been decided before a single vote.
Why would any reasonable person cast a vote for a Democrat after being treated so poorly as were those who supported the party in 2016?

well of course - I mean just look at the Courts, for example. Had Schumer or Reid been majority leader in 2016, they would have blocked Obama replacing Scalia just the same, and then gotten Gorsuch on the Court in 2017 even using the nuclear option to do so - not to mention the record number of conservative Circuit judges that have been confirmed the last couple of years. Schumer or Reid would have surely done the same. Not that the courts, including the Supreme Court, shifting to the ultra left is a big deal or anything...
Tax reform also would have passed just the same - including repeal of the individual mandate - all of the Democrats voting against it was just a show to make it more interesting. The rolling back of multiple Obama regulations using the Congressional Review Act also would have occurred just the same had the Dems been in charge. And so on, and so forth.
You better believe it is. Some want to do nothing but complain - there’s plenty to complain about, but some are literally disappointed if something good happens. Like the Supreme Court not going ultra left wing is totally insignificant and not a big deal in of itself.

Democrats would have blocked Obama from replacing Scalia, would have confirmed Gorsuch, confirmed record number of conservative judges, rolled back Obama regulations, repealed the individual mandate, passed tax reform which lead to our current economic growth, etc. Just think of how much better things would be if Democrats had been in control all of that time instead!
