A lawyer for the woman who is accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in the 1980s said Monday that her client believes his actions were "attempted rape" and she's willing to testify publicly about it.
"She believes that if it were not for the severe intoxication of Brett Kavanaugh, she would have been raped," attorney Debra Katz said on "Today."
Katz added that her client, Christine Blasey Ford, is "willing to do whatever it takes," including testifying before members of Congress about her allegations and that her coming forward is "not a politically motivated action."

This is so disgusting, sickening, and painful to even listen to, to watch. My sincere apologizes and sorrow go to Brett Kavanaugh and his family, to see him be tarnished in such a vile way. This is so utterly disgusting, and I am ashamed, sickened by the lack of GOP voices in Congress not speaking up and out in defense of this good man, and speaking against what is obviously an atrocious, gutter ploy by the enemies on the left.
So now he’s guilty of a crime he couldn’t perform and there is no proof he had any intent to perform. His crime was being a drunk boy with testoserone who apparently was wearing beer goggles.
She went into that bed room willingly. She had to know that Brett was going to "move" on her. She sat down on the bed and the drunk teenage boy make a clumsy move. He was inexperienced and moved to fast, she changed her mind and decided she didn't want to do a make out session with this boy an took the first out she got.
I know when I was a clumsy teenager a lot of girls changed their minds. Anyway there is no crime, no there there.
But like I said brilliantly played by the Rats. I wish our guys and gals would learn to play hardball too. Dina Fienstein sat on this for months, waited until just before the vote. This was all planned, Roy Moore all over again. I would not be surprised if the rats have another women waiting on the rat bench.

Agree completely. Sick of people assuming...”even if he did do it”...excusing it because he was 17 and in high school. HE CATEGORICALLY DENIES IT EVER HAPPENED, NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL OR AT ANY OTHER TIME. I take him at his word.

I have close friends who have had this happen to them.
She used these same allegations during the 2012 election. She is a political activist with intense anti Trump sentiments. That much we know. That she was every young boy’s toy back in the day is increasingly obvious.
I like how the left is building us a fresh new justice Thomas. Things like this tend to stick with people. When Brett is confirmed he will come out of this hearing much more conservative and more antagonistic toward the left than he was before.

This broad can make up whatever the hell she wants because none of it can be discounted. The right is trying to fight this fairly while the left is doing whatever the hell they want. If it continues like this the cavanugh nomination is done for.
If the Republicans can’t find their balls and get Kavanaugh confirmed they deserve everything that’s going to happen to them.
