Kavanaugh hires attorney amid sexual assault allegations: report
The Hill ^ | September 17, 2018 | MICHAEL BURKE

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has hired an attorney amid fresh allegations of sexual misconduct while he was in high school, according to CNN.

Citing multiple sources, CNN reported that Kavanaugh has hired Beth Wilkinson, a founding partner of Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz, a trial and litigation law firm in Washington, D.C.

Wilkinson represents clients before the Department of Justice, Congress and other government agencies, according to her bio page. Kavanaugh said Monday that he is willing to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee against Christine Blasey Ford, the woman bringing the allegation forward.

Wilkinson did not immediately return a phone call from The Hill requesting comment.

In addition to her career as a defense lawyer, Wilkinson is also known for successfully prosecuting Oklahoma City bombers Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols for their roles in the April 1995 bombing that left 168 people dead.

And what about #ME too.
Diane Feinstein groped ME in an elevator 25 years ago. It’s so true, I can prove it.

My psychotherapist discovered why have had such an aversion to all things PINK! I was wearing a pink dress when she groped me.

PROOF:
I am stuck wearing purple or rose can’t wear pink. (Can’t even drink Pepto Bismal or chew bubblegum or shop Victoria Secret PINK store.)

I have kept that same dirty pink dress (all these years) with Diane’s lib-handprints, all over it.

What to do?

A. Call Gloria Aldrich and file a lawsuit (after glammiing on CNN news?)

No, that will help Di-Fi get re-elected since I am also a female and she is in Cali. They will claim Di-Fi’s inner-trans-self hadn’t fully emerged in 1993. Her poll numbers will soar.

B. Tell my TRUE story on GoFundMe, while linking to EBay and sell my Pink dress for a pretty penny! Yep, that’s the ticket.

BINGO! I will get rich and rid myself of that groped old dress and be able to wear PINK for the first time in 25 years.

He may have a law suit. It is high time that people who bring false charges, especially in the political arena, be held responsible. Too often, they become celebrities who make millions writing their books and being paid off in a variety of ways for helping their political colleagues. American is tired of it.

Well, if Kavanaugh thinks it’s a good idea to hire this woman, then he deserves to lose the confirmation. How stupid IS he? She has an interest in seeing Trump taken down.

Interesting background ...

https://www.chambersandpartners.com/USA/person/193863/beth-a-wilkinson

Beth’s career has taken her from the Army to a leading role in the prosecution of the Oklahoma City bombers to nationally recognized work as a litigation partner at two of the nation’s most prominent law firms, and most recently to founding Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz. Before entering private practice, Beth served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, and Principal Deputy of the Terrorism and Violent Crime Section. Prior to this work, Beth was a captain in the U.S. Army and served as an assistant to the General Counsel of the Army for Intelligence & Special Operations.

I hope the voters don’t forget.

The BASTARDS! Notice the language... “amid fresh allegations”. Specifically designed to create the impression there were other, older allegations.

Kavanaugh would probably have a tough time in any legal action against this woman. As a public figure he has much harder time making a case for libel or slander.

The [REDACTED] aspect of this case is the more intriguing legal side. If this woman comes forward and submits to sworn testimony on the matter, she can be compelled to identify -- on national television -- the other person in her letter. She can also be compelled to name the others she referenced in her alleged therapy sessions. Those people may have strong grounds to sue her ass off at that point.

“wow.. go cower”

Maybe. But I can’t even believe how pathetic the discernment is of some people in power. There have to be 100 great attorneys who actually have in interest in HELPING Kavanaugh. And he picks THIS one? Seriously?

“amid fresh allegations of sexual misconduct”

Hilarious. They make it sound like there were previous “allegations”.

"Her job is to keep him from walking into a perjury trap."

That's what I think also. I hope after the confirmation hearings and he's on the SC, that he announces he's hiring a top attorney to pursue civil litigation. These leftists have to be stopped.
