Well, if Kavanaugh thinks it’s a good idea to hire this woman, then he deserves to lose the confirmation. How stupid IS he? She has an interest in seeing Trump taken down.

A lawyer sells their expertise in applying the law to situations, and good/great lawyers will take cases from all across the spectrum. From what I have read, she is well qualified in what she does. If he hasn’t checked her record for integrity in representing clients, then he is indeed acting foolishly.
However, I do not see that as a likely situation.
Time will tell - and I sincerely hope she is a bulldog with integrity.
It is a good idea. She’s a hired gun, a dang good lawyer, and relentless. She also knows the enemy. Think it’s a great pick.
