Third Person that Kavanaugh Accuser Claims Was at Party Denies Incident
Breitbart ^ | 19 Sep 2018 | Ian Mason

A third high school student Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford claimed attended a party more than 35 years ago where the future Judge Kavanaugh attacked her denied any memory of the alleged incident in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, CNN reported Tuesday. CNN obtained a letter from Patrick J. Smyth, a Georgetown Prep alum who graduated in Kavanaugh’s class, to Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). The letter was penned after Ford apparently identified Smyth as “PJ” – another teenager who was one of around five people at a drunken gathering in a Montgomery County, Maryland, home in or around 1982.

“I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as ‘PJ’ who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post,” the letter, penned by Smyth’s attorney, Eric Bruce, reads. “I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh.”

Smyth remains Kavanaugh’s friend and had already written to the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of his nomination to the Supreme Court, calling him “singularly qualified to be an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court” in a letter co-authored by Georgetown Prep classmates of Kavanaugh.

I think she invented this cockamamie story to explain, in couples therapy, why she wasn’t f#cking her husband.

Where are the other girls from this party?

She must have had some of her friends with her and if a traumatic thing like this happened she would have been crying all over them telling her what happened. It’s what girls do..................

She has produced zero witnesses to corroborate her allegation. Zero.

Give them time - it's only Wednesday.

And as Stuart Varney said this morning, where does Kavenaugh go to get his reputation back.

What is most interesting is that this letter was supposedly sent, according to CNN and others, “this summer, before the allegations against Kavanaugh were made public.” How is it he knew this allegation was made if it was not yet public. Suggests that Feinstein or someone conducted a little investigation before releasing the Ford letter. This could explain why she did not release the Ford letter back in the summer when she received it. She found it not credible but the looming threat of Kavanaugh approval has caused her to throw credibility to the wind.

I think Senator, Grassley should demand a commitment from Ms. Ford or her lawyers, today, that she will either attend the hearing set for next Monday to testify relative to her alleged accusations against Judge, Brett Kavanaugh or, she will refuse to attend, rejecting the generous offer and opportunity presented to her from the Senate Judicial Committee to publicly air her accusations.

If Ms. Ford does not respond by 5:00 PM today or refuses the invitation to be present, Senator, Grassley should cancel the special session on next Monday and he should schedule a committee vote Tomorrow, Thursday to move the Kavanaugh nomination to the full Senate, for an immediate up or down vote.....Case closed!!!

“The women who dared accuse her Bill surely never got that.”

Yes, but that’s different. Those women were crazy lying sluts and part of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy™.

Not unlike that tramp who accused Keith Ellison.

Do Corker and Flake really need to hear her to decide how they will vote?

Maybe even Corker and Flake have finally realized that the Dem political/media cabal can ruin anyone's reputation, even life, whenever they choose. If someone who has an impeccable life history like Kavanaugh can be attacked like this, then so can any person, including Corker and Flake.

This will just solidify support for DiFi and the rest amongst the moonbat base of that party.

Pulling out every last stop, including the insane ones, to try and keep Kavanaugh off the court is exactly what they wanted. Politically this works for them.

Anyone notice how no one in Ford's family has come forward...

Why would they? It would be an admission that they allowed or enabled their 15 year old daughter to attend unsupervised parties with drunken Seniors.

at some level this is getting funny...

I know what you mean but my usually well maintained sense of humor is now absent.

Destroying a good man’s life, reputation, judicial career and family for a Dem strategy move is so loathsome I hope no male (or female) will vote Dem again and the backlash will be a tsunami.

However, as a man struggling with misanthropy after being a child abused by his mentally ill mother, I have no faith that the human race will come through.

All the Dems are giggling in glee over ruining Kavanaugh. Only a rescue by a vote and someone exposing all the accuser’s lies will help now. No thanks to the evil Dems who deserve punishment starting with Feinstein.

".... At some level, this is getting funny...."

If the situation wasn't so serious, this would all be a big joke. Actually, it is a big joke....on the democRATS.

The democRATS are playing Keystone Cops with the "sexual assault" victim.

First she come out with this crap months ago. DiFi sits on it for her gotcha' moment.

Then when the details come out, there are no specifics.

Now the woman doesn't want to testify at Monday's hearing for her "devoid of facts" testimony. She and her lawyers say it's too soon. WTF? It's been almost four decades. How much time does she need to get her lies straight?

She also says she won't testify until the FBI investigates the incident. The FBI has already taken a knee on this one and say's they'll pass. Not their job to investigate drunken teenage antics 36 years ago, where no crime has been alleged.

She has no contemporaneous witnesses to collaborate her "tale". Everybody denies such an incident ever happened.

This is just a delaying tactic by the liberals to appease their radical Left base. They will look like complete fools on Monday when they don't show up and their star sexual assault victim cowers in her safe space instead of testifying.

Kavanaugh will be confirmed shortly afterwards. And that's no joke.

Is there a REAL timeline?

When did DiFi get the letter? How was it delivered? Was it truly anonymous, or was the name on it, but the sender asked it not to be revealed?

When did DiFi meet with Kavanaugh in her office, in private?

When was the polygraph done, by whom, where, and what were the questions?

When was the letter sent to the FBI? Did that transfer include, or not include, the name?

When was the letter leaked to WaPo versus when WaPo reported it?

When did DiFi or her staff talk with WaPo?

When did the leak happen - before or after the FBI received it?

With Ms. Ford's close relationship with the CIA as campus/faculty sponsor for CIA interns, did she talk with the CIA about this? If so, when?

Since her family has long-term relationships with the CIA through her father and herself, was there any formal or informal contact with the CIA, if so, when?

What date did the revelation happen in 2012 regarding her therapy session?

When did Mitt Romney announce that, if elected, he would nominate Kavanaugh for the SCOTUS?

Was there any timeline alignment regarding Romney's initiative to nominate Kavanaugh and Ms. Ford's revelation to her mental health counselor?

Was there any activity or timeline alignment regarding Ms. Ford's memory of an incident in the 1980's and the nomination and hearing process for Gorsuch?

When did DiFi contact Grassley?

When were the meetings with DiFi's staff that led her to make the conscious effort to hold off revealing the letter three times (private meeting, public hearings, private hearings)?

At any time between receiving the letter (either anonymously or with the name but privately) and the time she sent the letter to the FBI, did DiFi have a bad head cold that negatively affected her mentation? (It's happened before folks!)

I suspect the FemNazies and other maniacal moonbats are scaring off voters who are disenchanted with DC 'pubs or don't much care for character assassination based on HS fantasies.

A parallel? Look how well President Trump did in OH. Ranting of madmen like Kasick and stunts like bringing JayZ and Beyoncé to Cleveland to tell people how to vote backfired.

Having already canceled tomorrow's vote, I doubt that Democrats would simply accept its reinstatement. They will make the committee go through the entire scheduling process again, requiring how many days of notice they went through the first time.

Democrats may still get a delay to the end of next week just for the committee vote, and then delay the full Senate vote for a week after that.
