A constitutional crisis means that there is no way out of the present predicament under the Constitution. That is simply not the case here. All executive power is vested in the President who is the commander in chief of the armed forces [and therefore arbiter of what information is or is not vital to national security]. There is no constitutional crisis. Some legislators are simply opining about things outside their ken and calling for insurrection.
The real crisis is that the Constitution did not contemplate that the majority party in the Congress would be composed of invertebrates. To that problem there is no solution since the other party was the party we ran from when we voted in the spineless party.

Totally bypassing Sessions, they sent the letter straight to the top guy at DoJ, Rod Rosenstein.

Congress can review the actions of the executive branch, but Congress cannot dictate those actions. Especially true of the Congressional minority party.
Republican senators and congressman have had access to the unredacted documents for sometime but have told the public they can’t comment on them as they are classified. Why can’t they just release their copies? Why can’t they just start telling us exactly what names were hidden? They are no longer classified per presidential order. This is bull shit.
The 4 POS’s that wrote this letter and told the FBI and DoJ not to do what President Trump has said MUST be removed from Congress AT ONCE. Then arrested, intensely interrogated to find out who else is involved in this act & have them all Arrested. At the very least, they are trying to undermined our court system to put judges in that will disregard the Constitution and make law. IMHO< these people doing this should be in Prison, and I men Leavenworth Prison FOR LIFE!!!!!
Kick them out of congress (because they won’t resign) and don’t ever let them back in. They have broken their oath, and they don’t belong there. Their constituents will just have to find replacements who will at least obey the laws of the US.
