They should be imprisoned for refusing to testify.

Solitary for collusion with other witnesses, her husband.

WHY would James Baker refuse to cooperate???? They're betting on the proposition that the House will change hands in November.
I can only imagine what would happen if Republicans who the Democrats wanted as witnesses dragged their feet like this.

“The Committee continues to seek the testimony of Nellie Ohr and Jim Baker and will compel their testimony if necessary.”
Well, let’s get on with the “compulsion!” I am getting f*cking tired of all the delays that the RINO crap we have for Republican “leadership” is giving these miscreants. Time IS of the essence! Long past time for the GOP to recognize that fact and act accordingly.

We need to order some testicle snap-on kits for the Republicans in Congress. You can find these kits in the catalog right next to the spine stiffeners.

They should be imprisoned for refusing to testify.
Initially this was voluntary compliance. They've refused so now the next step is issuing a subpeona compelling them to testify. It they refuse, then further action can be taken.

Don't let yourself expect too much from these two. Once compelled, they will plead the 5th.

That is what I meant. If they refuse to comply with a subpoena, lock them up.

James Bakers law firm defended the Saudis against 9/11 claims.
Lol...different James Baker.

Nobody is going to force Nellie Ohr and James Baker to appear. The Republicans are weak minded poor souls and have no guts. I'm tired of their simple minded crying and nothing is getting done except for Trump.
To: Jane Long
I was wondering how he got back in, LOL

I am amazed at how many are upset that some “witnesses” won’t appear before a spineless, toothless House sub-committee.
This isn’t where the action is.
Suppose, behind the scenes, they’re spilling their guts to keep their asses out of jail. Do you think those pursuing these two (and others) want to tip off any other bad actors as to what’s going on?
I’ll wait for the indictments......they’ll come.

Correct, although the “further action” is pretty wimpy. Being requested to testify is voluntary, defying a subpoena is still not a criminal offense, and is carried out through the legal system which provides many opportuities to delay and obfuscate. Congressional testimony is really pretty much a request rather than a demand.

Fine! But let them do in in public. The People need to see first-hand, what colossal pieces of $hit these people are. By their non-answers, most people will understand who they are and what they attempted to do.
