That may be true, but remember they were both juveniles at the time and subject to the jurisdiction of juvenile court. So while there may not be a SOL for an adult, the adjudication in Juvenile Court may be different.

She would have to give a specific date and time for the alleged “feel.” My guess is he could prove he was somewhere else. That’s why she wanted him to testify first.

If the next USSC session starts without Kavanaugh being seated then Kavanaugh cannot be involved in any case that was heard before Kavanaugh was seated. He cannot play catch up. It is as simple as that.

That’s what I’ hoping, they’d be smart enough to talk to the potential hold outs and see what their feelings are about this.
It seems odd other media outlets (cnn, nytimes, thehill) haven’t issued stores that the vote is Monday and they are going to skip Ford.
Anything else is hearsay, rumors and we’re gonna’s.
