Justice Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7, 2017 and he was sworn in on April 10, 2017. He participated in oral arguments on April 18, 2017 in the case of Ricky Henson, et al., petitioners v. Santander Consumer USA Inc. The case was decided on June 12, 2017 with Mr. Gorsuch writing the majority opinion.
So knock this off, it only takes a few minutes to discover a few simple facts like this.

What Democrats aren’t taking into account is that Kavanaugh is one of the more “moderate” names on President Trump’s Supreme Court list. He was reportedly Kennedy’s pick to succeed him, and he was reportedly at the top of Romney’s list of Supreme Court choices.
If they can defeat Kavanaugh, not only will it drive Republican voters to the polls, they’ll get a nominee they’ll like even less.
Remember who the other finalists were.

Sometimes people think, well, maybe we should pick another candidate with less baggage.
There isn’t any such thing. They’ve done their oppo research on all of them. If they don’t have something, they’ll (obviously) invent something. It doesn’t have to be true. If they smell blood they’ll have their mobs in the hearing room, out in the streets, on the candidate’s door step, and always in front of the TV cameras. Its what they are doing now, and if it works (and even if it doesn’t) they’ll do it again and again.
Put up the finest candidate you can imagine and they’ll go after him all the harder. The good ones are like kryptonite to Democrats. If they can’t stop them they want to muddy them up so that, like Thomas, they basically have to retire from public life outside the court building.
