Baloney. The FBI would find this during one of their six background investigations. It's enough to deny a security clearance because of blackmail possibilities. It would have already been brought up.
In any case, isn't it weird how the Left promotes all kinds of open marriages and weird sex and deviant lifestyles, and yet they act like dried up old maid spinsters when such horrors are revealed about Republicans. But for their own tribe, "not a problem!" "Right to privacy!"
