Rosenstein has been “Headed to the White House” for quite a while according to Fox News.

Beltway traffic is brutal this time of day so he probably is walking. Very very slowly. Could take days.

The Beltway is bad ANYTIME, but the drive from DOJ to the White House doesn’t involve the Beltway.

However, the DC streets can be pretty horrible, at least during business hours. His best bet would be Metro.
