I’d honestly have to suspect she was under the influence. It could be she was just tired, but driving up another floor? Sounds fishy. It may be easier than I think though.

Then I have a hard time seeing that guy acting as if he was attacking her. I’m sure he was taken off guard, and then her orders were likely to have been dismissed, unless she was wearing a uniform.

The Red Door Mat was purchased by Jean for the exact reason of IDing His door because it was “Cookie cutter” Apartment halls. Jean’s Female Neighbor across the hall told of this the night of the murder. They were Friends, He helped Her move heavy things into Her Apt.
The Women in the Pics are/were Jean’s Co-workers at the Accounting Firm. To My knowledge there are no pics of Jean and killer cop lady.
Jean had been living there for a while. Killer cop was in 1st month.
Jean was a Devout Christian that had gone to College in Searcy, Arkansas at Harding. He was very active in the Church, Singing, Testimony and was preparing to go on a Mission Trip in the near future.
Jean got up, went to work early and came Home after a full day of work, didn’t party and went to bed fairly early.
KC- her 1st shoot was after the Perp had gotten her Tazer from her possession and she gut shot him to stop from getting Tazed by her own unit. Perp survived and did JAIL time.
KC was coming off a 15 (IIRC) hour shift. Also was assigned to A “Drug Task Force” with 5 Or 6 others. I’ll speculate here that she looked at everyone NOT in BLUE as a Drug Dealer and an Armed threat, not as a Citizen like a Beat or Patrol Unit Member would.
I have seen NOTHING about ANY Noise Complaints.
Still nothing as far as I know has been released about KC Blood Draw for Drugs or Alcohol.
Everyone can make a safe bet that 1) if it was clean We would have heard so. 2) If (and I’m sure a Draw was done) a Drug/Alcohol Test on Jean came back dirty We would have heard so.
KC WAS in a Police Uniform at the time of the murder.
And yes 4 years, 2 shootings. 1st injured, 2nd Dead.
As some of Y’All have said most go a career with no shoots except at the Range. I will add My Uncle (Deceased) started as a Foot Patrol Officer after WWII. He worked His way up to Chief and held that position for 25+ years. He spent 36 Or so hours talking a Man out of Suicide (Divorce) and into a Peaceful Surrender. He never fired a shot His entire career except at the Range/or for Qualifying.
IMO, KC needs to be IN JAIL, Charged with Murder and held without Bail/Bond.
