Attorney Michael Avenatti said his client might now not come forward against Brett Kavanaugh, and then locked his Twitter public profile from view.
After two days of ginning up publicity with the news he has a “100 percent credible” accuser against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, adding that she has “multiple witnesses to corroborate her story” and that she is “willing to take a polygraph,” Avenatti appeared to walk back that assurance in a Tuesday morning tweet.
“Let me be clear: We will disclose the client’s name and accusations only when SHE is ready and we have adequate security measures in place. And not a moment before that,” Avenatti tweeted. “It is her choice and hers alone as to when to surface bc it is her life. We expect it within the next 36 hrs.”
A few minutes after this apparent walk back, where he appears to be blaming the woman if he does not deliver what he promised, Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels made famous by CNN, locked public access to his Twitter account.

The other day Democrats whined that porn lawyer Avenatti’s “proveable accusations” was not helping “their case.”
Today we learn Avenatti has made his Twitter account private.
Shucks, now we wont hear about Avenatti’s next proven witness,
a trans/homosexual pedophile’s adventures with Kavanaugh in schoolyards at recess.

Mission accomplished - they’ve successfully delayed the committee vote by 2 weeks. For nothing. The only question remaining now, with Kav not exiting, is can they delay a bit more to get them past the midterms w/ just 8 SCOTUS judges.
We should expect at least one big curveball to be thrown before the committee vote.

What state is he licensed in? Most states have a Attorney Disciplinary Board of some sort.
In Illinois the State Supreme Court helps run our ARDC and there is a process to complain about an attorney.

Avenatti was great for Kav, the Dems were yelling at him to shut up. He was turning this into a proper freak show, with the accusation that Kav and his posse were drugging girls for gang rapes. Then Kav came on TV and said he was a virgin for yeas after college.
Avenatti needs to be disbarred, then put in a strait jacket.
