Mission accomplished - they’ve successfully delayed the committee vote by 2 weeks. For nothing. The only question remaining now, with Kav not exiting, is can they delay a bit more to get them past the midterms w/ just 8 SCOTUS judges.
We should expect at least one big curveball to be thrown before the committee vote.
