Judge Brett Kavanaugh's second sexual abuse accuser, Deborah Ramirez, will not testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
According to Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), a member of the Committee, said he spoke with Ramirez. She made it very clear that she gave her story to the press, which can be found in The New Yorker article that was posted late Sunday night, The Washington Times reported.
“Our counsel repeatedly tried to reach him,” Kennedy said. “They finally did reach him, and he said we are not issuing a statement. He said if you want our statement, read the New Yorker.”
Ramirez has a sign outside of her Boulder, Colorado home saying she will not speak to the press. Anyone member of the press who would like more information is encouraged to call her lawyer

1. The accuser uses the press instead of the process.
Every company has a slightly different process for harassment and assault complaints. Often it begins with a neutral investigator being assigned to interview the accuser first, then potential corroborating witnesses. When an accuser is eager to share with the media but reluctant to meet with an investigator, it’s a flag.
Translation: I said a bunch of stuff that generated a lot of negative publicity for Kavanaugh (mission accomplished), but no way I’m risking perjury and testifying under oath.
They’re all too wiling to spill their guts - except when asked to go under oath.
Hit and run, drive by. Flush it. No relevance. Next.
