You have to wonder how much this construction effected the foundations of the Millenium Tower. But this project had greased skids. It was impossible to oppose, or even slow down.

Which would mean about 200,000 passengers each non-work day, which would be a first for a transit terminal (having more people show up on non-work days than work days) - OR -—
