I disagree. Congress asked for ANOTHER supplemental investigation with a week limitation and the President authorized it.
Now if the President tried to stop it early that’d be an issue (obstruction again) but the limitation is “law” so the one week and that’s it isn’t illegal or actionable.
IF the FBI finds something then they merely present the facts as they found them to the congress and congress decides what to do then.
I don’t see this as impeachment grounds at all.
They’ve got much better fodder with the Mueller investigation and the stupid judge that just allowed the case to go forward where Trump’s hotels, worldwide are political kickbacks whenever governments and heads of state stay there and that’s not allowed. Which is BS on its face.

You’re right. This is the big stall. After the FBI “investigation” the Dems will want “a few days” to examine the findings and then demand to hear from the witnesses themselves. Another couple of weeks shot.

!00% correct. This was a Congressional request. It didn’t have to be authorized, and Congress could just vote No on Kav if Trump said no.
