Excellent, by the democrat logic, Roe is currently invalid.
Roe was devised by fraud
Mccorvey denounced the cabal that forced her hand and found Christ
The devil needs legalized murder and licentiousness
Both are tied to abortion
Its alreasy in the states. Just needs to be formalized as such
There is no right to murder innocent life
Agreed. Kick it back to the States!
Wont matter.
They will just Palin her.

Yes, I enjoy--as much as anyone--comedies from every era, which play on the problems that the sexes have in adjusting to their biological & psychological roles. But these loons really think we are all warring interest groups, and miss the whole point of our natural interaction.
Women Hostage To Contrived Delusion (With some thoughts directed to the confused men who let the same sociopathic Leftists confuse them as well.)
And all the normal women cringe...
No matter who is nominated and sits on the SCOTUS, it’s decisions are not only legitimate, they are FINAL, until such a time decades later when a decision and be revisited. And even then rarely.
Roe vs Wade was approved by an all male court wasn’t it?
Now an all male court couldn’t revisit it legitimately?
Nonsense.
Since when did news networks get elected as judges?
Why? Although more than half the babies murdered are female, nearly half are male. Anyone, and everyone, should stand up for innocent life. Be they male, or female.
The most likely, effective and Constitutional means of ending the influence of R v. W on Federal law is for Congress to pass a law declaring the legal status of 'personhood' on human beings from the time of their conception.
Rather than "overturning" R v. W it would simply negate it. It would be rendered irrelevant and be nothing more than an archaic appendage in the history of SCOTUS rulings having no influence on the law.
Women have been given the legal right to abort the baby.
In each case, who represents the baby’s rights?
Roe was handed down by an all-male majority. Seven old men decided to vote for the increased sexual availability of young women, and they invented the abortion license out of whole cloth to achieve that end. It would be entirely appropriate for an all-male majority now to overturn the mistake of an all-male majority then.
Any time you read or hear anything by Terry Moran, just think of him as Terry Moron. He proves this every time he speaks or writes. He’s not credible, ethical and sure isn’t a journalist.
It should have been her instead of Kavanaugh to begin with...
Yes, that’s true.
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Roe v. Wade is one of many ongoing, post-17th Amendment ratification scandals that needs to be stopped in its tracks imo.
Women need to get a grip on the major constitutional problem regarding Roe v. Wade, that theyve been scammed by post-FDR era, institutionally indoctrinated activist judges, justices, Democrats and RINOs imo.
More specifically, in stark contrast to the rights that the Founding States expressly protected in the Bill of Rights for example, the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect most of todays 60s-rooted, politically correct civil rights, including the non-enumerated, sacred cow right to have an abortion.
In other words, regardless that many generations of snake-oil selling federal Democrats and RINOs have been promising low-information voters protections for every civil right under the sun to get themselves elected, the major constitutional problem with most federal civil rights protections imo is that the states have never given the feds the express constitutional authority to deal with such issues.
In fact, the only race and sex-related rights that the states have amended the Constitution to protect are the 15th and 19th Amendment voting rights, those amendments expressly giving the power to protect race and sex, but only in the context of voting issues.
"Section 1: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.Section 2: The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added].
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
The remedy for the unconstitutionally big federal government on our backs
Judge Kavanaugh needs to be confirmed to the Supreme Court.
Patriots then not only need to vote Republican ticket to keep Democrats from taking the seats of RINOs in the upcoming elections, RINOs who escaped being primaried, but they need to get Pres. Trump and new patriot lawmakers up to speed on the feds constitutionally limited powers after the election.
Then patriots and their state lawmakers not only need to work with new patriot federal lawmakers to remove constitutionally unjustifiable federal laws from the books, but they need to decide the fate of people in prison for breaking federal laws that the feds never had the constitutional authority to make.
"Our Constitution never conferred upon the Congress of the United States the power - sacred as life is, first as it is before all other rights which pertain to man on this side of the grave - to protect it in time of peace by the terrors of the penal code within organized states; and Congress has never attempted to do it. There never was a law upon the United States statute-book to punish the murderer for taking away in time of peace the life of the noblest, and the most unoffending, as well, of your citizens, within the limits of any State of the Union, The protection of the citizen in that respect was left to the respective States, and there the power is to-day [emphasis added]. Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See bottom half of third column.)
And to make this federal government reset and Pres. Trump's vision for MAGA last for as long as possible, patriots need to work with state lawmakers in supporting Trump to lead the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
Network news and MSM controlled entirely by liberals is illegitimate.
