There is $1+ million promised to her opponent if she votes yes**

This is why Trump won and why she is tied to the money pockets and has to do what they tell her. Must be a downer to have to bow.

The man on Levin’s show tonight was really good.. the gov of KY... and he said people are tired of career politicians who owe their ‘bankers’. Trump came in and kept promises... didn’t owe anyone but the people. We got a whiff of a man who would take the heat from doing it right.. Collins is old politics.. she does not know she can win by serving the people.

I firmly believe that any and all “outside” money should not be allowed.

And what I mean by that is some communist douchebag from californistan legally should not be allowed to donate to political campaigns outside of their state of residence.

They want to donate to a campaign in Georgia, then they need to be a legal, permanent, taxpaying resident whos registered to vote in the state of Georgia. Same goes if they want to donate to a campaign in Alabama, or Texas, or wherever.

There is no reason whatsoever for any state level candidate or candidate for a U.S. House or Senate seat to take campaign money from people who are not their constituents.

Our NW GA district is so Republican that our R squish hasn’t had a Dem opponent until now - a guy currently in jail for a DUI-driving without headlights conviction. Several large Army bases are in GA and lots of retired military. And I seriously doubt AA females like competing for jobs/partners with continuing streams of illegal Latinas.

Well, we’ll have to see how this plays out. If it happens the way I have described it as going, then you’ll have to realize that this is politics.

I don’t see what Grassley could do, except to call in this psycho. Sweep it under the rug? Dismiss it as a lie? For what, to get it into a Senate vote that was going to be exposed to all of this and fail?

There is definitely “playing” going on here, and it is the Dems, playing for all the marbles. I think their play was all orchestrated all of the way back to the antics at the opening of the committee. They’ve had this psycho on ice since 2012, waiting to play this gambit.

Why didn’t Grassley just allow a failing vote in committee? After all, ALL Republicans hate Trump, don’t they? This crap gave R’s on the committee plenty of cover, didn’t it?

Weren’t they really slow in calling GA for Trump, whereas they rushed to declare VA for Mrs. Bill?

It seems like once DeSantis won his nomination, he retreated into milquetoast dimensions. The term “monkeying around” is so juvenile: he should have known it would have been misinterpreted against him. I don’t think he can win by “being nice.”
