That is because she is not now, nor has she ever been "calling the shots" here. This is obviously a paid hit piece - character assassination of Mr. Kavanaugh used to thwart President Trump.
So sure, Ford's lawyers got their marching orders from who-ever is paying the bills. Ford herself testified that she does not know who is paying for her legal team. Seriously?
She is a paid actress, performing a part - and not at all well. Your average High School drama class does a better job.
