I have had my disagreements with Orrin Hatch, but at the end of the day he has stood up for President Trump. Now, he will leave the Senate, and be replaced by that meaching a$$hole Mitt Romney, who will be a Jeff Flake look alike.

It was a letter signed by Judge attested to by his attorney who is attesting to the fact that Judge has said those things, that that is his signature and that Judge has asserted that he is submitting it under penalty of felony. IOWs this letter has the same force as if Judge swore this in open court.
