..... it brought out several inconsistencies and showed that Ford seemed to not be able to remember things from last month much less 36 years ago.

Someone described Ffffford’s testimony this way:
“Short term memory is bad, long term memory is bad. The only memories she’s firm on are the ones required to stop Kavanaugh”

Golly, I wish I could be as compassionate as you are.
(Sniffle) I’ll try to be more understanding.

Darn it, I just went back and reread it again.
Boy, it sure looks to me like she tried to get the guy to submit that statement without using his lawyer.
But I'd be very happy for you to be right and me wrong.
Because if a sitting member of the US Congress deprived a citizen of his constitutional rights, that cannot be tolerated and there ought to be heck to pay.

Watching her two pompous a*s lawyers during the Kavanaugh portion of the hearing one can surmise with 100% certainty that they are hate filled left wing radical activists will to do anything to anybody to prevent him from being seated.

I do not want a letter. I want handcuffs.
On Jeff Flake, where they belong.

IIRC when asked if she was aware she had option of being interviewed in california Ford stated she was not aware of that. Which tells me her own lawyers kept info from her.....wow
If she was already in the D. C. area, the offer would be unnecessary. They couldn't accept.
She had to cover up that fact, if she was already there.

Two tax-exempt GoFundMe accounts set up in Ford's name have now raised more than $700,000 and could top $1M and more before they're done.
The price of a political prostitute has sure escalated even faster than inflation or college tuition.

Shouldnt the letter be going to the Justice Department?
For legal matters yes, for political hits no.

Which tells me her own lawyers kept info from her.....wow But, that would mean Ford was living under a rock.I went back and checked. Although the media omits news they don't like, even CNN covered that offer.
Is her memory that defective? Hmmm...

I have had my disagreements with Orrin Hatch, but at the end of the day he has stood up for President Trump. Now, he will leave the Senate, and be replaced by that meaching a$$hole Mitt Romney, who will be a Jeff Flake look alike.

Should refer her lawyer to the state bar. Withholding info from client could lead to sanction

White Horse Prophecy lives!
Flake is Bill Kristols anti-Trump, backed by the fairly powerful Mormons in Congress, NeverTrumpers, and the Bush cabal.
Flake can be around for the next three presidential election cycles.

It was a letter signed by Judge attested to by his attorney who is attesting to the fact that Judge has said those things, that that is his signature and that Judge has asserted that he is submitting it under penalty of felony. IOWs this letter has the same force as if Judge swore this in open court.

Then the lawyers lied about her fear of flying either way she and they are complicit in lying to and deceiving the senate committee.
But of course dems will skate.
