Lindsey Graham’s suggestion to Trump is that Trump in the event of Kavanaugh falling short by one vote, Trump should renominate Kavanaugh and take it straight to the voters in states like North Dakota, Missouri, Indiana, West Virginia and other states that Trump won by big margins, which have Democratic Senators and let the voters decide if Kavanaugh gets to sit in the US Senate, otherwise, Kavanaughh’s life would have been ruined for nothing. Graham is still confident that Kavanagh will be confirmed though.
That would only happen of the GOPs understood the ems are at war and murdering people. The GOP still acts like they are at a cupcake party.

It’s all political theater. Graham is the designated GOPe “whip” supporting Kavanaugh. His job is to get the GOP base all wee wee’d up and out to the polls. On the Dem side it’s Crazie Hirono and Blumenthal doing the same thing.

The R senators may yet be able to pull it out, but I think it important that all current and future R politicians are aware that their constituents believe they have already let America down in large measure by their lack of a spirited defense of K.
Refuting the Ford claim wasn't a difficult exercise. To many outside of D.C. it was as simple as calling a spade a spade, or asking, "Where is the Beef?". Most Americans are familiar with how easy it is to deal with BS claims and they dislike seeing how easily their elected politicians can be pushed around.
It was unbelievable and quite disappointing to many R's that even this past Sunday, after the hearing and after receiving Mitchell's report, the R leadership referred to Ford as a 'credible witness". Our reps appear to be the last R's in America that so believes.
America used to enjoy football for a reason: when properly presented it exemplifies America's "get off my lawn" spirit.

When I first starting posting here on FR I thought I knew a lot. And, frankly, I did. But I didn’t know the Holy Spirit. I do now.
America was dying, but God wanted Trump to become president. God has been guiding Trump and is waking up America.

If by some stroke he is voted down, put him back up after the new Senate is seated.
I fully expect Kavanaugh to be confirmed with 52-55 votes.. but if by some crazy thing happens and he is not, then he should be re nominated after the new Senate is seated.

I don’t know if it was a bad idea...if I was a dim running in one of those states I would also take this as a reminder that y vote would likely effect my odds.
