They have to go thru cloture and time limits and potty breaks for the Dems and juice breaks for the Dems (and you know how the Dems are- they'll just keep taking juice breaks so they'll have to have potty breaks otherwise the Republicans are beind mean to them!) and then the Dems will have to have a break so they can "consult with each other" which really means hold a press conference in the hall...so by November 10, the Dems should be ready!
