With some restaurants in liberal towns it’s hard to tell the difference.................

Does it prevent them from adding spices such as Carolina Reaper pepper to it?

I suppose not, but that would be a waste of perfectly good pepper.....................

What happened to all the food safety and sanitation regulations that prevented people from giving their leftovers to the homeless because the food stood open too long at room temperature after cooking?

Now, does that include ALL food, or just “unsold” food? For instance, if I don’t eat ALL of my mashed potatoes, does the restaurant have to give what I left on my plate to “homeless shelters”?
Yuk!
Just take it all to the homeless shelters, they can pick out what they want of it, and then, THEY can throw it away.
Think of the advantages; a charitable tax write off, lower dumpster rent; no foul smell out back of the restaurant from rotting food.
Create lots of “unintended consequences” for the liberal nanny-staters.
