Lawsuit Against School District & 5 Girls Over Fake Sexual Assault
Pittsburgh Tribune Review ^ | October 3, 2018 | Paul Pierce

While “Mean Girls Day” is being marked Wednesday in reference to a mention of Oct. 3 in the popular 2004 cult movie, the parents of a former Seneca Valley High School student claim in a federal lawsuit filed this week that their teenage son was terrorized by false accusations made by five “Mean Girls” at the school.

Michael J. and Alecia Flood of Zelienople, Butler County, the parents of a teenage boy identified in the lawsuit as T.F., seek unspecified civil damages against the girls’ parents, the school district and Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger’s office. The lawsuit alleges that the girls “conspired in person and via electronic communication devices to falsely accuse T.F. of sexual assault on two occasions.”

Neither Goldinger nor Seneca Valley school officials returned calls seeking comment.

The 26-page lawsuit — filed in Pittsburgh on the eve of Mean Girls Day — alleges that T.F. “was forced to endure multiple court appearances, detention in a juvenile facility, detention at home, the loss of his liberty and other damages until several of the girls reluctantly admitted that their accusations were false” this summer

When my Gramps watched that scene, he just laughed. The family tugging along was overkill. All they needed was ONE armed family member just to send a message for the boy not to mess up, as told to us when we were kids. Eventually when we visited our ancestral home in naples, that tradition still exists in some pockets of mafioso-controlled cities.

My hometown neighborhood carried on many traditions from the old country. I never heard about that one, though. :-)

My gramps is from Vomero, district in Naples. Last time were were there to visit the ancestral home was 2 summers ago. There were even crazier stories told to us after dinner.

And reading what they put that boy through, including 9 days in the lockup. If I were those girls, I would expect revenge in a few years. Right when I least expected it probably.
Better grow eyes in the back of their heads. And be careful about going out alone.

Maybe the boy is a kind soul. But a lot of people aren’t.

My mom used to say if she were a man and had a business she’d have her office door removed

I closed my office door twice in 40 years in business and those two times I had a female witness present and on specific occasions made tape recording(with consent) all of which I have to this day - -

Chastity belts...and sacks (for the boys).

“I couldn’t have raped you! You were wearing a chastity belt!”
