Cruz maybe smart but he is almost as politically tone deaf as Hillary.
I’m positive he has it won but it could have been much easier if he would focus on the job and stop worrying about what other States are doing.
Texas should be big enough to master.
I think Cruz will pull it out but he generated so much bad will in the 2016 primary culminating in his stunt at the convention.
Once you’re exposed as an asshat its a tough road back to par.
You're assuming that they want to win and retain majorities. Their behavior suggests otherwise.
They're in a win-win position. They can sit back and ride Trump's coattails for easy wins... or they can let Dems win, blow up spending again, and go back to their usual skim and kickback schemes. Either way, they pocket the huge pile of campaign cash, and those who "lose" go into lucrative lobbyist positions.
Notice that We the People, and our nation, are not among their primary concerns.
Can you recall an election cycle with so few campaign ads? I can actually watch TV without being annoyed much, and we are only 33 days away.
