The Democrats are setting up to ignore the Court once they regain political power in Washington. When they control the enforcement of law and court decisions the Court can suddenly become irrelevant while they go about the task of removing “illegitimate” justices and/or packing the Court. I can imagine a Democrat Congress and Senate declaring judges illegitimate and marshals being sent over to arrest those illegitimate justices. Things like that are the reason that every election is the most important election in American history. The Democrats now stay within the confines of the Constitution only because they do not hold the reins of power at the moment. The next Democrat administration will be truly “post Constitutional.”
