Aside from that, to get down to the crux of the matter, the U.S. Military has every right to enforce behavior codes in the ranks for the advantage of dicipline. Homosexuality and any related behavior is.. a behavior.

I knew homosexuals in the Army and I was in during Carter and Reagan. I’ll bet other veterans will tell you the same.
