So Ginsberg or Breyer or both retire sometime in 2020 and the Dems scream about the court as their Nov strategy...
Darth Vader will be two months short of her 92nd birthday when Trump leaves the White House on 20 January, 2025. Breyer will be 87. According to the Social Security actuarial tables, Ginsburg has a ~20% chance to make it and Breyer, ~27%.
So it’s looking pretty good for a 7-2 court (and a whole lot of apoplectic demoncrats) for President Pence’s first term.
