Randall Marquis has lived in California for 31 years, but he knew it was a mistake when he received a notice last month that said he was newly registered to vote. He may have a state drivers license, but hes a citizen of Canada.
When I saw that card, I just threw it out, Marquis said. I know Im not going to vote. Im not allowed to vote, its stupid that I should be registered to vote.
The Newport Beach resident, who has a green card and is married to a U.S. citizen, was one of some 1,500 people who the California Department of Motor Vehicles said on Monday were wrongly registered to vote between late April and late September. These errors, which included other non-citizens, are in addition to the roughly 23,000 registration mistakes disclosed by the DMV last month.

I believe that if anyone really looks into this issue a few more zeros will have to be added to that 1,500 number. The California Democrat party has essentially used illegal aliens to form their own personal electorate.
Just the START of DemonRat tactics in November!
I believe it.
Wrongly registered?
LMAO.
For each one found there’s probably several hundred who weren’t.
btt
This wasnt a mistake it was by design. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise
When you flip on the lights and you see a cockroach, it means you have hundreds, if not thousands.
Just a mistake. It wasn’t by design. Honest!
Agreed .... the county registrar of voters just wink.
That's his story and he's sticking to it.
I think that being registered to vote is the default position when getting a drivers license in CA. That means a person must affirmatively opt out. If so, anyone probably gets one time of getting caught voting since they could say that they didnt even know that they asked for a voter registration card. Californians, please correct me if I am wrong. I hope that I am.
When I saw that card, I just threw it out, Marquis said. I know Im not going to vote. Im not allowed to vote, its stupid that I should be registered to vote.

Randall is Canadian. He comes from a country that respects laws. He knows he’s not allowed to vote legally and thinks it’s stupid for him to be registered.
What he doesn’t know is California is now run by people from a country that does not respect laws and he will be voting anyway, even if he threw away the card.
Or several hundred thousand.

I bet the California State Employees knew they were registering illegals and they didn't care because they hate America...
Organized Democratic Party voter fraud.
If the mid-terms break in favor of the GOP, this is one of those “quiet” issues that can make a big impact. If the GOP has the guts to go after it, a few federal laws can go a long way to correct the state error with regards to registration. Such as:
- Only US citizens voting in federal elections
- Separate voter rolls for federal elections
- All federal voter registrations require proof of citizenship and residence.
- Purge federal voter rolls of ALL voters 90 days after the presidential election
Quote: This bill would provide that if a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote by operation of the California New Motor Voter Program in the absence of a violation by that person of the crime described above, that persons registration shall be presumed to have been effected with official authorization and not the fault of that person. The bill would also provide that if a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote by operation of this program, and that person votes or attempts to vote in an election held after the effective date of the persons registration, that person shall be presumed to have acted with official authorization and is not guilty of fraudulently voting or attempting to vote, unless that person willfully votes or attempts to vote knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote.

In other words, they are not guilty if they pinkie swear they didn't know it was illegal, even though the State automatically registered them. Yeah, THAT'LL stop voter fraud.
Quote: 2264. (a) The willful, unauthorized disclosure of information obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to Section 2263 to any person, or the use of any false representation to obtain any of that information or the use of any of that information for a purpose other than as stated in Section 2263, is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or both fine and imprisonment. (b) The Secretary of State shall establish procedures to protect the confidentiality of the information acquired from the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to Section 2263. The disclosure of this information shall be governed by the Information Practices Act of 1977 (Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 1798) of Title 1.8 of Part 4 of Division 3 of the Civil Code), and the Secretary of State shall account for any disclosures, including those due to security breaches, in accordance with that act.
Other parts of the bill absolve the DMV of verifying the legal status. So the way it is supposed to work now is the DMV sends all new license approvals and renewals to the SecState, who is then supposed to check legal status at some point afterwards. Meanwhile, all license holders are automatically registered as voters unless they actively decline OR actively declare they are not eligible. If they are not eligible and vote anyway, they are presumed to have done so in ignorance and are NOT guilty of voter fraud unless someone proves they knew better.
So, unless the SecState actively seeks out and prosecutes voter fraud and proves intent, it will be ignored. Having had the experience of being here in CA, what that means in reality is that it will be entirely ignored, because no one in sanctuary cities are allowed to inquire about legal status for anything. It will be winked and nodded and passed off as "too hard to enforce" or "profiling" or "voter suppression" if and when anybody actually bothers. And, if they do, there is a built-in get-out-of-jail card by saying "gosh, I was automatically registered and I thought it was okay to vote."
