She is very sorry and getting treatment.
She and our daughter are amazing together.
I have forgiven worse things from other people.
Thank you!
So, I went to this job placement agency and had a great meeting with a good guy who explained things very well and made clear I am under no pressure and not just take the first job offer.
But I laughed and told him if I am offered a job putting toys together I am taking it. On the form I filled in checkboxes for all kinds of production jobs like autos, electronics, etc, many. The one option I checked and circled was assembling toys.
I told my daughter about that and she joked I will work for Santa.

Trump on Thursday to discuss manufacturing jobs in Chicago and opportunities for ex-cons. How about opening up a bunch of coffin factories there in Chicago. Plenty of customers and low transportation costs. Offer specials, two for one?
Yeah...I am highly skeptical of that. Kanye has a great platform to precipitate discussion which he is already doing - but I still don’t know what he stands for. And from his tweets and interviews I think he himself is twisting and turning.
I believe his affiliation with Trump is spiritual in the sense Trump has completely rocked the world of politics for good with his speeches and energy. Trump is not a politician and Kanye resonates with that wild off the cuff attitude.
But the difference is Trump has been on the record of his political and economic views for over thirty years. Trump was a proper businessman and built his empire on enterprise and dealmaking. That’s very different from a musician whose business interests are looked after by other people.
Kanye has six years to do this.

/Ive long thought tax-favored enterprise zones were a way to get inner citians to work and be productive.
They’ve tried this for years. If it worked, the inner cities would be full of small factories, businesses, and middle-class workers. I’m black and 65 and have seen these enterprise zones started with great fanfare and then fizzle to nothing over the years in a number of cities.
When your ‘culture’ tells its children that it is wrong to speak proper English; that police are the enemy; that it’s alright for men to have children and yet never be a true father; that the white man will always keep you back; and that even when your young people kill each other off each weekend, you won’t cooperate with the police; success for any program employing these people is doubtful.
Individuals can rise above their circumstances; I’m not sure if you can do it on a community level.
