German father charged for protecting his daughter against sexual assault by migrant

A man protecting his 21-year-old daughter against a bottom groping African will be charged with causing bodily harm.

At the Munich Hackerbrücke train station, a drunk 28-year-old migrant from Eritrea grabbed a German woman under her skirt on Tuesday.

When her father saw the sexual assault, he punched the African man in the face to make him stop.

An employee of the German railway company Deutsche Bahn, witnessed the incident and alerted federal police.

The German police decided to file two charges: One against the migrant for sexual assault and one against the father for causing bodily harm.

Many Germans were shocked by the case against the father, believing the man acted in defence of his daughter. Comments below a Facebook post regarding the charges show that many do not understand why the father is being punished for protecting his daughter.

“It is up to the judiciary to assess the case. There is a suspicion that there were two crimes, one sexual harassment and the other a physical injury. The police are required by law to bring both,” spokeswoman Petra Wiedmann of the Munich police says.

She advises people to use ‘other options’ when a crime occurs at the station. People should address the security forces on the ground in a preventative way if something suspicious occurs, she adds.

The other option we use here in the US is Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson. 😁

The law says that if you have two characters, and some fight develops....both have some summons to appear in front of a judge and he has the cop’s report, witnesses, etc...to clear this up.

You have to remember, this is occurring in Oktoberfest, and there’s probably 300 court cases generated as a minimum from that two-week period. As much as one might think this is a one of a kind situation and unique....no, there are probably a dozen episodes per day and the cops just don’t have time or manpower to make a serious decision. The judge look at the participants and the summons paperwork will ensure they show up in front of the court. Cops were just following standard procedure.

I would advise anyone coming in Munich during Oktoberfest...stay out of town for a hotel...ride the subway in...drink responsibly....and expect drunks to be part of your worries for the day.

Before anyone jumps on the polizei, understand that German law gives very little discretion to the police when a crime has been reported. Think “zero tolerance”.

Germany is roughly half the size of Texas with two times the population. German federal police would be roughly the equivalent of State Troopers or Texas Rangers.

I get it. I know it’s an emotional response and not an intellectual one. But it would be dishonest to say I felt differently. I just cannot muster any positive sentiments for Germany. The rest of Europe should fight the invasion by any and all means necessary.

Take your medicine Germany. My Jewish grandfather’s only regret was that he wasn’t able to put more nazis in the ground during the war. He was US Army. I don’t care what happens to Germany. It can turn into a third world arficanized dump for all I care. Karma is a bitch. Down the hatch Hans!!
I took the Dale Carnegie Course back in the sixties. Everyone in class gives a brief talk every week in the class, and one of the assignments was to use a prop during the talk, as a way to become more comfortable in front of the class by diverting attention from self to topic of discussion.

One of the speakers must have been in the Army, I don’t remember - but he used a captured German Swastika as the exhibit. Afterward, it was lying on a desk or something - and another class participant spat on it. He explained that he was jewish, and had escaped from a march to a German death camp.

Ya, stupid of you, the guy needed punched big-time.

I prefer the word 'ignorant'. You know...when someone makes an assumption based on a lack of edification. Having been informed of the gaff but still calling someone stupid would be...well...stupid.

And I'm assuming you meant "the guy needed TO BE punched big-time." See...that would be simple ignorance. Not stupidity. Aren't you glad I didn't go there?

I wouldn’t worry about that. Not many people know that every fed agency has its own OIG (Office of Inspector General) and a law enforcement force to go with it that investigates and arrests crooked gov employees. They are all armed, and they all use a lot of ammo, because, just like other LEO, they are required to spend a lot of time on the range and they have to qualify with their weapons every so often.

That also means that every time a new fed agency is created, there are a whole host of other people that are hired to police that agency. The bureaucracy just grows and grows. Unlike many fed gov employees, though, at least the LEO part is doing something useful.

Meet the new boss, the same as the old boss. The German people are about to experience globalist payback. Anyone complaining about this incident is going to be loaded into cattle trains and taken to the showers. Have fun. The showers are kinda out of soap right now though.

“federal police”

Well, that’s a little unsettling.

Why? You do realize that the German federal police would be a mix between say, the FBI and your state troopers? It's half the size of Texas, is a sovereign state within the European side of the continent, and originally came about as a Confederation of several of the small fiefdoms within the German area. "Federal" is an apt description for their State Police.

I’m surprised the girl wasn’t arrested for wearing a skirt around migrants thereby inciting or provoking the incident.

I’m sure that will be one of his attorney’s chief defenses. I can almost guarantee it.

Hungary is protecting its country and citizenry from mass illegal immigration. USA should follow Hungary's model. Barb wire fencing with high security. Hungary found a way so that illegal immigrants turn away. USA needs to find a way to remove people who over stay visas. Sixty-three percent of immigrants are on welfare while we have US citizens out on the streets being denied assistance. Non citizens fill subsidized housing while US citizens are denied benefits. It is the biggest gaming of the system taking place. Leaving much unsaid. Will not accept fraud in the name of brotherhood.
