I do not see why most of those are even considered as state ammendments. They seem like things that normal legislation should handle.

They are, but Floridians have direct access to amending the State Constitution via the Ballot Box.

That’s how we got that ‘Pregnant Pig’ Amendment a few years back, that was the laughing stock of the country..............
