La Crosse, WI (WXOW) The latest Marquette University poll shows Governor Walker has closed the gap.

In September, the Marquette Poll showed Tony Evers with a 49 – 44 lead. Those numbers today are 47 percent support for Governor Walker, 46 percent for Tony Evers, a statistical tie.

UW-La Crosse political analyst Tim Dale says in general, more people are paying closer attention to the race. You can watch Dale’s analysis of that race and the Senate race in Wisconsin Monday, October 15th, on News 19 Live at Five.

Go Walker—the ultimate survivor against the left. Would’ve been nice if he supported Trump.

Notice how a one point lead by a Conservative is a “statistical tie”, and a one point lead by a Liberal is a “narrow lead”?

We will see MORE of this. As the Day of Truth approaches, the Fake News polls NARROW. They need to protect their
Polls credibility.

BUT GET OUT AND VOTE ANYWAY.

I suspect the Kavanaugh debacle reminded some complacent Republicans in WI of the ratbastardy that has been pulled on Walker in years past and the need to go vote.

We’ll be seeing a LOT of polls finally starting to show numbers that are more true and not made up to support Democrats, as election day draws nearer.

It’s like 5-4 Supreme Court decisions. When liberals win, the case was “closely decided.” When conservatives win, the court was “bitterly divided.”

Yeah he a tough one, but boy was he a lousy presidential candidate - he was as exciting as Steve Miller’s paste. I thought at the beginning of the race he was going to be my candidate - then Trump went after McCain and told the truth about illegal immigrant and proposed a wall. In fairness next to Trump they all looked pretty lousy. Except Ted Cruz he is wonderful in everyway, tall too.

It is not a comeback. It was always like this. Polling is about guessing what may happen in the future. It is a guess. Go vote, folks and keep Scott Walker as Governor. Thanks.

You are so right about the Democrats pulling all sorts of dirty tricks on Walker in the past. They stormed the state capitol and lived there for awhile, causing massive destruction. I think the treatment of Brett Kavanaugh had a huge effect on the Wisconsin voters as it affirmed their memories of the Democrat mob in 2010 and 2014.

Yes, if Walker is up by 3-4 he might drag Vukmir over the line.
