The left subjugates righteous causes and eventually destroys them when their use has essentially ended or they are abused beyond repair. In this case Feminism and the #MeToo movement are dead and have done enormous damage to women AND men.
About 5% of women are normal human beings and try to do good work. The other 95% are a disaster to hire. They will destroy a business in more way than Adam ever thought possible.
I can see the reality in corporate life where no man will dare be alone with a woman in a break room, or copy room. The important step of conducting an annual performance review which is normally a one on one session will now require a witness (or two) to be in the room if the boss is a man and the ee is a woman.
This, of course is only reality if the woman even manages to get hired.

It is designed to discern characteristics of people that cannot be proven to be related to the job.
Now, personally, I would find it offensive if a prospective employer asked me to take it, and I would refuse.

Where I work, I have mostly millennial women (some are even younger) as a workforce. The vast majority are hard-working, intelligent people. They have restored my faith in the younger generation.
