What they (Native Americans) obviously missed is that while it may be "cultural appropriation" for me to say today is Taco Tuesday or to say there's actually a handful of rap/hip-hop songs I like... It is perfectly fine, in fact encouraging of diversity, for scum like Lizzy there to try to use Native Americans and their culture for her own selfish political gain.
I side 100% with the Cherokee Nation on this. It is up to them to determine who part of their culture and who is not. Of course the leftists would be at odds with this. They want to be able to dictate by fiat who is part of what group - and they are all about labeling people. They want to let illegals into the US and arbitrarily give them rights. They want to claim membership in groups in order to gain some perceived insight. BS.
Personally, several family members have had the DNA tests. To paraphrase Alan Jackson (and appropriate a little southern culture) I know "where I come from" and while it might not be all cornbread and chicken as Mr. Jackson sings, I consider myself 100% American.

Since she claims indian privileges for such a low possibility, then blacks have “white privilege” because they, too, have some small white DNA in them.
