Allen Dershowitz has called it an inquisition. It could also be called persecution.
But I do like your suggestion. It now seems that the “law” is morphing into guilty until proven innocent.
Mueller is in over his head. He should have cut bait this summer and wrapped it up. Now he’s going down, deservedly so.
