Really? Having to “fend off” anything when you’re the incumbent and ten points down???

I don’t think it matters. She’s toast. ND has always been a pretty conservative state and they’re becoming more so with their new petro money. She’s toast.

She should never recover from her most recent train-wreck. She published an open letter, which was supposedly signed by hundreds of women who were said to be survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence. She posted the names and hometowns of these women, along with the open letter, in the ND newspapers.

The thing is, the women never signed the letter, and were not aware of the letter. Several of the women were not even survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence, and none of them gave authorization to have their names and hometowns printed in the newspaper.
